Qi Circulation Techniques

Lesson 04 – Qi Circulation Techniques (Replay of Live Qigong Class)

This is a replay of a live Qigong session on Qi circulation techniques taught by myself, Dr Janice Tucker. I have been teaching Qigong for two decades and am the founder of the Space To Relax Programme of Qigong video lessons. I’m also a practitioner of acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. You can join my live classes on Zoom every Tuesday at 10am and Thursday at 4pm Irish time. These lessons will continue for the duration of Covid-19 and until I can return to my face to face Acupuncture/Chinese Medicine clinics.

In this video you’ll learn a series of simple Qigong circulation techniques in order to create unimpeded Qi flow around your body. This has the effect of calming your mind and relaxing your body. This Qigong routine draws together the exercises from Lessons 1-3 of my live classes (see below for details). I also show you how to position your lower back to help prevent stagnation and ease pain in this area.
